1. Treat people like people
Do not use Eldryn to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or repeatedly target another person. Hate speech, dehumanizing conduct and attacks based on protected characteristics are not acceptable.
2. Keep unsafe content out of Eldryn
Do not use Eldryn interactions, Trainer names, Guild content or official community spaces to distribute illegal sexual material, sexual exploitation content, grooming material, non-consensual intimate content or instructions intended to facilitate serious harm.
3. Do not scam other Trainers
Direct Trade and the Grand Exchange depend on players being able to trust the interface. Do not:
- misrepresent an offer;
- impersonate Eldryn staff;
- steal accounts or assets;
- coordinate fraudulent chargebacks;
- trick players into unsafe external payments; or
- use social engineering to bypass trade safeguards.
4. Do not exploit the game
If you find a duplication bug, permission bypass, infinite reward loop, economy exploit or private-data exposure, report it. Do not continue using it for advantage, distribute a working exploit to other players or multiply its impact with alternate accounts.
5. Automation is strictly forbidden
Every Eldryn gameplay action must be performed manually by the person playing. Any tool, client, bot, service or workflow that automates interaction with Eldryn is prohibited.
This includes, without limitation:
- Discord self-bots or user-bots;
- scripts, macros, autoclickers and recorded input sequences;
- browser, desktop or mobile automation;
- custom clients or modified clients used to automate Eldryn;
- relay bots, command-forwarding bots or automated message senders;
- schedulers, farming tools and unattended gameplay;
- AI agents or other software that reads game state and chooses or performs actions for you;
- API wrappers or integrations used to automate Eldryn interactions; and
- any similar tool intended to play, farm, respond or progress on a player's behalf.
Running automation on your own computer or server does not make it acceptable. Self-hosted automation is still automation.
Do not self-host, mirror, proxy, clone or operate an unofficial Eldryn bot/service for the purpose of interacting with the live game, bypassing normal Discord interactions or automating gameplay.
Ordinary accessibility software is permitted only when it helps you provide your own manual input. It must not choose actions, repeat actions automatically, react to game state or play Eldryn for you.
If you are unsure whether a tool automates any part of Eldryn, do not use it.
6. Competitive integrity
Do not win-trade, manipulate ranked results or tournament seeding, coordinate fake opponents, abuse disconnect/recovery behavior, share private opponent information, or use hidden information obtained through an exploit or prohibited tool.
7. Economy integrity
Normal collecting, speculation, negotiation and market competition are part of Eldryn. Duplicated assets, exploit-driven manipulation, automated farming, fraudulent listings, stolen payment methods and unauthorized real-money trading are not.
8. Account and restriction evasion
Do not use alternate accounts, automation, relays or another person's account to bypass cooldowns, limits, matchmaking rules, sanctions or other restrictions. Attempts to evade enforcement can result in action against every account involved.
9. Purchases and chargebacks
Do not use someone else's payment method without permission. Do not intentionally keep an in-game entitlement while using a fraudulent chargeback or refund claim to recover the payment.
If a legitimate purchase has a fulfillment problem, contact Eldryn support privately with the payment-provider reference.
10. Respect Discord communities
Eldryn can be installed in many Discord communities. Follow the local server's rules in addition to Discord's rules and this Code. Server staff decide where the bot is allowed and which channels are appropriate for gameplay.
11. Reports and privacy
Report serious issues privately when they involve security, personal data, exploits, automation, payments or sensitive abuse evidence. Do not publish another person's private information as part of a public accusation.
12. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, enforcement can include:
- a warning;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent restriction;
- removal of illegitimate assets or progress;
- reversal of affected economy activity; or
- another proportionate corrective action.
Automation, exploit abuse and restriction evasion may result in immediate suspension while the activity is reviewed.
13. Appeals
If you believe enforcement was based on incorrect information, use the official Eldryn support route and explain the relevant event clearly. Repeated spam, abuse of staff or fabricated evidence does not improve an appeal.
