What Eldryn collects
Eldryn stores the information needed to run your persistent game account and the features you choose to use.

Eldryn does not need your Discord password and is not designed to store the contents of ordinary Discord conversations.
Where the information comes from
Most Eldryn data comes from one of four places:
- information Discord provides when you interact with the bot or sign in to the website;
- actions you take in Eldryn and game data generated from those actions;
- service integrations such as Top.gg vote signals or Stripe checkout information when you use those features; and
- ordinary technical and security logs produced while operating the bot and website.
Website and Discord login
If you connect Discord on the Eldryn website, we request Discord's basic identify permission so we can match you to the correct Trainer.
The website keeps a signed login session containing your Discord ID and limited display information. The temporary Discord OAuth access token is not kept after the identity lookup is complete.
Our hosting provider may also process normal technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, time and response status to serve and protect the website.
Public game information
Some Eldryn features are intentionally public or shared with other players. Depending on your privacy settings, this can include your Trainer/display name, rankings, Guild information, battle results or other game-facing profile information.
When a supported profile is private, public ranking surfaces identify it as Private Trainer rather than exposing the private profile.
Purchases
When Store purchases are available, Stripe processes the payment. Eldryn does not store your full card number.
We keep the information needed to deliver and support the purchase, such as the Stripe checkout/payment reference, product, quantity, amount, currency, linked Trainer and fulfillment status.
Why we use this data
We use Eldryn data to:
- provide, save and restore your game progress;
- run battles, trading, Guilds, rankings and other game features;
- apply your settings and profile visibility;
- authenticate the website and protect accounts;
- deliver purchases and prevent duplicate rewards;
- investigate bugs, abuse, fraud and security problems; and
- provide support when you ask for help.
Depending on the feature and applicable law, processing may be necessary to provide the Service you requested, based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Eldryn, based on consent where consent is required, or necessary to meet a legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
Who data is shared with
Information is shared only where needed to operate Eldryn or provide a feature you use. Relevant providers may include Discord, our hosting and database providers, Top.gg for vote-related features, and Stripe for paid checkout.
These providers process their own parts of the service under their own terms and privacy policies. They may process data in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those safeguards remain the responsibility of the relevant processing arrangement.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the Service, investigate fraud or security incidents, or establish or defend legal claims.
How long data is kept
Your main Trainer and gameplay data is kept while your Eldryn account exists. Temporary sessions and routine activity data are kept only as long as needed for the feature. Some moderation, security or payment records may be kept longer when needed to resolve abuse, fraud, disputes, security incidents or legal obligations.
Backups may retain deleted information for a limited period until they rotate out. Backup copies are used for recovery and continuity rather than normal gameplay access.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect Eldryn data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access, loss or disclosure will never occur.
If we become aware of a security incident that requires notification under applicable law, affected users or authorities will be notified as required.
Access, correction, privacy and deletion
You can change supported privacy settings inside Eldryn. To delete your Eldryn account, use /account in Discord and choose Delete account. The account enters a 30-day deletion period during which you can cancel the request. After that period, owned Trainer/gameplay data is removed except for limited records that still need to be retained for security, moderation, payment disputes or legal obligations.
For other privacy questions or requests, contact Eldryn support. We may ask you to verify control of the connected Discord account before changing or disclosing account data.
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the way Eldryn operates, applicable law or the services we use change. The current update date is shown on this page.
